Subject:	H%26H 006 Bluetooth Wireless Headset - Broken ear piece
	Hiya, My fiancée brought one of your H%26H 006 Bluetooth headsets, in pink, yesterday but when she got home and opened the box she found that the piece that hooks over the ear was snapped where it should connect to the actual headset and loose in the box. She rang the shop she brought it from and they told her to contact you to arrange a replacement to be issued. I tried to email you (customer-service@bluenext.co.uk) but it just bounces back as invalid. Can you please let me know how she can go about getting a replacement ear piece? Regards Sy

Subject:	H%26H-006 turns off
	Hi, I just purchased an H%26H-006 headset, charged it and paired it with my mobile. It just turns off after a minute or two after I connect it and that is whether I've already started a call or not. Please advice on what to do. --Loucas

Subject:	BlueNext GPS
	jst bought bluenext gps, device pairs with mobile fine and but device will not fix position, iv tryed 3 diffrent software packages and it seems to be the gps device that will not send any info. All 3 lights are solid amber with the blue light flashing, it jst never seems to fix position. iv tryed doin it outside for 20mins, do i need to stand still while it fixs position? plse help
